Martin van Vliet

Martin van Vliet is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and software development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at ANVA since July 2023, Martin previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Mambu. With a notable tenure as VP Engineering at StackState, Martin contributed to the company's unique observability platform, focusing on optimizing R&D teams and transitioning to a SaaS model. Martin’s leadership at XebiaLabs saw significant growth from 5 to 50 engineers and the establishment of a 24/7 technical support team. Throughout a career that began with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Martin has consistently excelled in technical consultancy roles, leading development projects across multiple platforms and organizations.
