Shantanu Ray

Shantanu Ray has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Anwar Group of Industries since April 2021. Prior roles include Executive Director of Human Resources, Admin, and Compliance at Lithe Group, and Head of HR at PRAN-RFL Group, where key responsibilities involved developing HR strategies, streamlining policies, and implementing training programs for thousands of employees. Shantanu also held leadership positions at Banglalink, overseeing Learning and Development, Service Management, and People Management and Service Operations. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in Marketing from Stamford University Bangladesh and a BA in English Literature from Delhi University, Shantanu has effectively utilized Six Sigma and project management principles to drive performance and cost efficiency throughout various organizations.
