Amir Menad has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Data Entry Associate at Achieva Credit Union for a brief period. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Information Technology Help Desk Coordinator at Atlas Professional Services. Currently, they are working as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at AnyDesk Software, starting in March 2023.

Amir Menad attended East Lake High from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Additionally, they obtained several certifications: Microsoft Technology Associate: Networking Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft in April 2018, Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft in February 2018, Microsoft Word 2013 Certification from Microsoft in December 2015, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in May 2019.
