Joshua Roche

Joshua Roche has a wide range of work experience, starting in 2001 as a Satellite Communications Systems Supervisor/Technician in the US Army. Joshua then worked as an Information Management Officer in the G33 Current Operations department of the Eighth United States Army.

From 2012 to 2015, Joshua served as a SATCOM Maintenance NCOIC in the 333rd Signal Company, 78th Signal Battalion. Joshua then moved to the B Co. 551st Sig BN 15th RSB, where they worked as a SATCOM Instructor from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Joshua took on the role of Transmission Section Sergeant in B Co. 44th ESB before transitioning to SATCOM Operations NCO in Bravo Company, 44th ESB, 2D TSB from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Joshua worked as a SATCOM Operations NCO in the 44th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, S-3 Network Management team.

Next, they served as a Tier II AWS Systems Administrator at Superlative Technologies from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Joshua works as an Operations Engineer at AnyDesk Software GmbH, where they are responsible for deploying and maintaining the global application infrastructure for customers worldwide, as well as database administration and application integration for the AnyDesk platform.

Joshua Roche's education history is as follows:

- From 2018 to 2021, Joshua attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computer Science.

- Simultaneously, from 2018 to 2021, Joshua also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

- Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, Joshua studied at the American Military University, earning a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Information Technology.

- From 2006 to 2018, Joshua attended Thomas Edison State College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.

- In 2005, Joshua studied at Coastline College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Studies.

Additionally, Joshua has obtained several certifications:

- In November 2020, Joshua received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- In October 2020, Joshua obtained the CompTIA Cloud+ ce Certification from CompTIA.

- In February 2022, Joshua achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft.

- In October 2020, Joshua obtained the CompTIA Secure Cloud Professional – CSCP Stackable Certification from CompTIA.

- In August 2019, Joshua received the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
