Zhanna Sharipova

Co-Founder and CEO at Anytype

Zhanna Sharipova has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as Co-Founder and CEO at Anytype since January 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, starting in October 2013.

In 2016, Zhanna founded Malevich, a lab that developed consumer products using neural networks. Zhanna served as the Founder of the company, where they created Malevich, an artistic tool that allows users to create masterpieces in the style of famous painters. Zhanna'stenure at Malevich was from May 2016 to January 2017.

Before that, Zhanna worked as the Director of Marketing and Advertising at JSC "A101 DEVELOPMENT" from August 2013 to December 2014.

In 2011, they co-founded Dish.fm, a mobile-based recommendation service for restaurants and menu items. During their tenure as Co-founder, Zhanna achieved significant milestones, including a 33% monthly growth rate and raising $300K in seed funding. Zhanna also led a successful international PR campaign and received recognition from various media outlets. Zhanna's role at Dish.fm lasted from September 2011 to July 2013.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Zhanna worked at P&G as an Associate Brand Manager for the Pampers brand. Zhanna had two roles within the company, first as the Associate Brand Manager for Pampers EE from October 2005 to March 2007, and subsequently as the Associate Brand Manager for Pampers CEEMEA from April 2007 to August 2010.

Zhanna's earlier experiences include co-founding MindWrestling, an organization that organized case championships for young professionals, and co-founding Case-Club. Zhanna also completed a summer internship at Standard & Poor's in 2004.

Throughout their career, Zhanna has demonstrated their entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and expertise in marketing and brand management.

Zhanna Sharipova's education history includes attending the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 for a summer school program focused on Marketing and International Business. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2005, they studied at the State University - Higher School of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics. During the same period, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they earned another BSc degree, this time in Economics and Management.
