Wayne Leverton

Wayne Leverton has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Wayne started their career as a Call Centre Manager at Leo Partis in 2005. Wayne then went on to work as a Managing Director at Revolve Personal Advisors from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined Digital Outsource Services as the Head of Global Support, where they were responsible for customer service strategy and performance. In 2014, they became the Head of Customer Service at Kalahari.com, South Africa's largest online retailer. In 2015, Wayne transitioned to takealot.com as the Executive Head of Customer Service and later became a member of the merger Steerco. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Head of Customer Experience at Woolworths, leading the implementation of a CX measurement framework. Wayne then took on the role of Head of Stores Channel - Financial Services at Woolworths from 2016 to 2020, overseeing the growth and profitability of the retail stores channel. Currently, Wayne is the Director of Operations at AnyVan, starting in 2023.
