Joanna Small has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Joanna is currently working as the Director of Global Demand Generation at Oosto, where they develop and executes innovative campaigns and drives pipeline growth. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Brand and Content Marketing at Clearview AI, where they led cross-functional initiatives and successfully launched major releases of the flagship application. Joanna also held the role of Sr. Marketing Manager at Clearview AI, where they built and managed a team and established market presence across industry publications. Before joining Clearview AI, Joanna worked at IDEMIA as a Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist, where they managed software and hardware solutions for public safety and passenger facilitation. Joanna also has experience working as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist at Ferrari of Newport Beach, as well as a Freelance Website and Digital Designer at Pacific Coast Design Studio.

Joanna Small has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. Joanna also holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from Irvine Valley College.
