Michele del Mastro

Michele Del Mastro is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in RF and microwave technologies, currently serving as Technical Sales Manager and R&D RF Engineer at Anywaves since February 2021. Within the Innovation department, Michele manages proposals and coordinates custom projects while defining innovation strategies and serving as the product owner for data-downlink X-band antennas. Previous experience includes a role as Research Fellow at DGA, focusing on SATCOM multi-beam antennas, and a Visiting Ph.D. Scholar position at the University of Michigan, where Michele advanced the design of metasurface-based converters for SATCOM applications. Academically, Michele holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Université de Rennes I and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, complemented by a Master in Arts and Music.
