Caley Horner is an experienced professional in automation and consulting, currently serving as the Automation Delivery Lead for Customer Service Operations at ANZ since August 2020. In this role, Caley leads a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing efficiency and customer outcomes through process engineering, automated workflows, RPA, and data science/AI.
