Jo Shoppee

Jo Shoppee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology risk, governance, and performance across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Risk - Technology at ANZ since April 2024, Jo previously held significant roles at Bupa, including Director of Technology Risk, Governance and Performance for the Asia-Pacific region and Director of Technology Risk, Compliance and Assurance for ANZ. Jo's consulting work as Principal Consulting Partner at Solve Squared focused on enhancing technology risk practices and managing audit findings. With a strong foundation at GE Digital, managing a substantial portfolio of global technology partners, and earlier roles at GE Capital and GE Money, Jo has developed a diverse skill set in technology performance optimization and process improvement. Jo holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from La Trobe University, a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from RMIT Online, and is pursuing a Master of Data Science Strategy and Leadership.
