Sharon Abbott has extensive experience in data, analytics, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics and Head of Data Governance at ANZ since February 2016, Sharon leads a team focused on sales performance and data-driven insights. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Head of Marketing at Meridian Energy, managing a team dedicated to market strategy and customer engagement. Sharon's earlier career included significant roles at Spark (Telecom New Zealand), where responsibilities spanned senior marketing management, customer experience, and marketing planning, as well as positions at Nielsen and Nestle New Zealand, fostering skills in retail client services and commercial training.
