Shreya Roy

Shreya Roy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at ANZ since May 2023, Shreya previously held the position of Senior Manager in Capability Development at redBus from July 2019 to May 2023, alongside earlier roles including Capability Manager in L&D and Community Manager for Growth at Meesho. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for Training & Development at Info Edge India Ltd from 2013 to November 2018. Shreya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
