Cameron Thorne

Cameron Thorne, P.E. is an accomplished engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Anza Renewables since August 2022, Cameron focuses on establishing strategic partnerships for utility-scale photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects. With a career at Borrego beginning in June 2012, Cameron has held multiple roles, including Senior Project Developer and Account Manager, overseeing EPC transactions and leading business development efforts. Cameron's earlier experiences include roles at Anvil Corporation, Summit Engineering & Design, and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, showcasing expertise in project management, engineering oversight, and leadership. Cameron holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University.
