Courtney Fabian

Courtney Fabian is an experienced Executive Assistant with a history of supporting high-level executives at Anzu Partners since April 2022 and previously at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to April 2022. Responsibilities included managing calendars, travel, expenses, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills. Courtney participated in volunteer initiatives such as the "Buddy" Program for mentorship and coaching new hires. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, where responsibilities involved creating sports schedules and aquatic training programs. Currently pursuing education at the University of South Florida since August 2009.
