David McVilly

David McVilly's work experience includes roles in various companies.

David currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at DHL Supply Chain since 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at anzuk Education from 2009 to 2022. At anzuk Education, they held multiple roles, including Global Learning & Development Lead and National Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing global learning and development strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, and providing operational and strategic leadership.

Before joining anzuk Education, David worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Caroline Springs College from 2009 to 2009 and Moreland Primary School from 2006 to 2009.

David McVilly completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy & Planning from Deakin University between 2013 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Deakin University from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, David has obtained several certifications related to instructional design, learner engagement, and organizational learning and development from LinkedIn, with the latest certification being achieved in 2023.
