Azlan Khan has extensive experience in service management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Service Head (West-1) at A.O. Smith India since August 2019, following a role as Branch Service Manager. Prior to this, Azlan held the position of Branch Service Manager and Area Service Manager at IFB Industries Ltd from July 2014 to July 2019, overseeing service operations in the Rest of Maharashtra.
