Kate Proctor is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at AO since November 2011. In this role, Kate has successfully managed programs related to emerging talent, including the recruitment and development of apprentices, strategic oversight of the apprenticeship levy, and the creation of training workshops. Additionally, Kate leads mental health initiatives and develops employee training programs across the AO organization.
