Melissa Alam-Taylor is an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager at AO, where responsibilities include managing teams of Senior Recruiters and Recruiters across various divisions. With a strong track record in recruitment, Melissa has previously held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and Internal Recruitment Specialist at AO, earning recognition as part of the national winners of UKCCF’s recruitment team of the year in 2018.
