Erica Grassl

Erica Grassl has a varied work experience with a focus on business development and account management. Erica worked as a Business Development Representative at AODocs in 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Enterprise Account Manager at Prometheus Group from August 2021 to December 2022. Erica also gained experience in the Benefits field, starting as a Receptionist and later taking on the roles of Certificate Specialist and Benefits Assistant at The Wooditch Group from April 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they participated in a missionary program as a Student at Youth With A Mission from January 2018 to June 2018. Erica also worked as a Campus Safety Officer at Azusa Pacific University from June 2016 to December 2017 and as an Electrical Assistant at Men at Work from May 2014 to July 2017, on a contract basis.

Erica Grassl's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministries at Azusa Pacific University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Erica also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
