Ian Clancy

Ian Clancy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Execution at Aon since April 2024, Ian previously held multiple senior roles at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, including Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer. Ian's background also includes significant positions at IAG, where responsibilities spanned from Executive Manager Enterprise Operations to Programme Director - Transformation. Prior experience includes directorial work at Zephyr I.T. and managerial roles at Fisher and Paykel Finance and RBC Dexia Investor Services. Ian holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of York, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2 Project Management.
