James Harwood

James Harwood is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Reward UK & EMEA and Deputy Chief People Officer for Aon since December 2003, James plays a crucial role in ensuring that compensation packages are market competitive to attract and retain top talent across the region. Prior to joining Aon, James held the position of Pension & Benefits Manager and Product Manager at NPI from 1983 to 2003. James is an alumnus of Uplands Community College, graduating in 1983.
