Eli Uc

Eli Uc has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eli started their career in 2009 at UCISAT, where they worked as a UCI Satellite Communication Subsystem member, focusing on transmitting and receiving commands between the ground station and micro controller. From 2013 to 2014, Eli worked at QLogic as a System Integration Test Engineer, certifying various device drivers and configuring servers and storage arrays. In 2014, they joined DIRECTV as a Video Compression Engineer, specializing in testing HEVC compression encoding and troubleshooting video quality issues. Most recently, in 2019, Eli joined AONDevices, Inc. as a Machine Learning Engineer and Technical Manager, where they worked on low power signal processing devices with integrated machine learning. Overall, Eli has gained expertise in areas such as satellite communication, system integration, video compression, and machine learning engineering.

Eli Uc has a strong educational background in electrical engineering. Eli obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later on, they pursued further studies and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego, completing their studies in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Eli Uc also holds a HAM Radio License obtained in November 2010 from the institution ARRL.
