Derek Pratt

Derek Pratt started their work experience in 1997 as a Consultant at KPMG, where they were involved in determining disposition value and investment strategy for non-performing loans. Derek then moved on to UBS, where they worked as an Underwriter and Associate Director, preparing real estate conduit loans for sale on the CMBS market. In 2001, they became the Manager of Foreign Institutional Sales at TIR Securities, developing and maintaining offshore institutional client base. Derek also worked at Shinsei Bank as a Manager in the Capital Markets Division and at Shinsei International Limited as the Vice President & Head of Capital Markets, Asset Backed Investments Portfolio. In 2012, they joined Round Hill Capital LLC as an Asset & Investment Manager, focusing on real estate investments across Europe. In 2014, they became the Real Estate Product Manager at iLEVEL Solutions, a technology spin-out from the Blackstone Group. Finally, in 2015, they joined Aozora Bank as the Senior Vice President, responsible for expanding the real estate loan portfolio in the U.S.
