Elsa Guerreiro

Elsa Guerreiro has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on the hospitality industry. Elsa began their career in 2004 as a Payroll Master at Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort and later moved on to a similar role at Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort SPA. In 2011, they transitioned to HR Coordinator at Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa, where they played a key role in hotel conversion and training coordination. Elsa later served as an HR Manager and Cluster Director of Human Resources at the same company. In 2019, Elsa became a Formadora Externa at EHTA Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve - Faro. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at AP Hotels & Resorts.
