Melissa Ait Said

Melissa AIT SAID is a PharmD candidate at AP-HP, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris, focusing on the development of ex vivo models of infection for evaluating preexposure prophylaxis efficiency. Previously, Melissa completed a PhD at Institut Cochin, examining the regulation of HIV-1 transcription in latently infected cells. Melissa's experience also includes roles as a junior pharmacist and various internships in virology, pharmaceutical technology, and emergency medicine.
