Sam Dowle

Sam Dowle has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Victorian Operations Compliance Manager at APA Group since January 2007, where responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance for the Operations & Maintenance team. Previous roles at APA include managing the Victorian Control Room and overseeing operations for multiple major hazard facilities and high-pressure natural gas pipelines. Additionally, Sam has served as the WA & NT Control Room Manager, ensuring safe operation across various pipelines and emergency response. Complementing this, Sam is also a volunteer firefighter with the Country Fire Authority and has past experience as a Wireless Data Consultant and Team Leader at Telstra. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Edith Cowan University and a Certificate IV in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
