Barry Bauer

Barry Bauer is an experienced professional in land administration and legal affairs with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Land at Apache Corporation since 1996, Bauer oversees all land administration functions, including lease and contracts analysis and employee development. Prior to this role, Bauer held several positions at Tenneco Gas, Inc. from 1989 to 1995, including Senior Attorney, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and real estate transactions, and Supervisor of Gas Contracts Administration, supervising a team and implementing management systems. Bauer earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Doane University.
