Greg Jantz

Greg Jantz is a Senior Counsel at Apache Corporation, specializing in the North Sea region's operations within the International Legal group. With extensive experience in negotiating and documenting various commercial transactions, Greg has represented Apache’s subsidiaries in agreements such as joint operating agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and decommissioning security agreements, among others. Prior roles include Corporate Counsel at Apache Corporation and Corporate Associate at Baker Botts LLP. Greg's educational background includes a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, an MSE in Construction Engineering and Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BCE in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
