Tim Custer

Tim Custer has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Apache Corporation since November 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing leasehold and mineral interests in the Permian Basin, as well as managing business development and government affairs. Prior roles at Apache include Vice President of North America Land and Director of Business Development, with a focus on property acquisitions and asset disposition. Custer began their career at Amoco Production Company as a Landman from January 1985 to November 1996. Education includes a BBA in Petroleum Land Management from The University of Texas at Austin and additional training at Thunderbird School of Global Management and SMU Cox Business School.
