Bobby Vollmer is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the casino and resort industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Apache Gold Casino & Resort since May 2023, Bobby's previous positions include Chef De Cuisine at Snoqualmie Casino, Sous Chef at Seven Feathers Casino Resort and Cliff Castle Casino Hotel, and multiple roles at Gila River Hotels & Casinos and Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, among others. Bobby's culinary education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary from The Art Institute of Phoenix and a Culinary Certificate from The Art Institutes.
