Ed Richardson

Ed Richardson has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Ed currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Apache Mills, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Technology Deployment at Shaw Industries and as the Vice President of Manufacturing for US Floors/Shaw Industries. Ed has also held leadership positions at Mohawk Industries, Interface Inc., Collins & Aikman, Carriage Industries, The Dixie Group, and Masland Industries/Lear Corporation. Ed has extensive experience in operations, engineering, quality systems, and technical compliance. Their expertise includes implementing lean and quality systems and managing manufacturing operations.
