Aswathy S. Pillai has over eight years of experience in the IT and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Team Manager and Sr. IT Recruiter at Apar Peopleworld Software Pvt Ltd since June 2016. In this role, Aswathy contributes to a talent management platform that integrates assessments, training, and placements. Prior to this, Aswathy worked as a Resources Executive at TestBuds, managing the complete recruitment life cycle, and began a career as a Jr. Java Developer at Amplus Group, where expertise in web development using Java technologies was gained. Aswathy holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from BTL Institute of Technology, completed in 2011, and a high school education with a focus on computer science.
