Christopher Raju

Christopher Raju's work experience includes being the Co-founder & CEO of Otomeyt, an AI/ML driven Talent engineering platform, since 2019. Christopher was also the Co-founder & CEO of Apar Peopleworld Software Pvt Ltd, a talent management company, from 2013. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder & CEO of Grassroots BPO, focused on outsourcing and consulting services, from 2011 to 2016. Raju also worked as the Business Head at Infosys BPO from 2004 to 2011, and as an Operations Manager at HGS Worldwide from 2002 to 2004.

Christopher Raju completed their education in a chronological order. Christopher obtained their Bachelor's in Business Management (BBM) from Mysore University, attending from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) at Mysore University, studying from 1997 to 1998. Lastly, they enrolled in the University of Mysore to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) in the field of HR, attending from 1998 to 1999.
