Cam Rebecca Kirkman

Rebecca Kirkman, CAM, currently serves as the Community Manager at Apartment Dynamics, starting in September 2023. With a robust background in property management, Rebecca held the position of Property Manager at RE Carroll Management from November 2018 to July 2022 and previously worked as a Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company from November 2017 to November 2018. Earlier career experiences include roles as Publisher at Apartment Magz and Community Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, where Rebecca managed multiple apartment communities. Additionally, Rebecca spent five years as an OpsTechnology Support Specialist at Bell Partners Inc, overseeing the electronic procurement system. With a diverse tenure in property management that extends back to 2003, Rebecca’s expertise encompasses operations, leasing, and community management across various multifamily management companies. Rebecca holds the NAA CAM designation and has been an active member of the NAA since that time.
