Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams has extensive work experience in leadership development and staff engagement. Their most recent role was as the Chief People Officer at Apartment Li since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Cru for over 20 years, starting in July 1997. During their tenure at Cru, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Director for Leadership Development for Campus Ministry and Great Plains Regional Director for Leadership Development. Ryan also served as a Team Leader at Universidad Michoacana. Ryan Williams is a seasoned professional with a strong background in leadership and development.

Ryan Williams received a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Huntington University in the years 2015 to 2016. Ryan obtained a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from Gateway Seminary between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University from 1989 to 1993, specializing in Broadcasting. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2021.
