Caroline Grenis

Caroline Grenis is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Apax since May 2020, Caroline previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Team Bloomberg 2020 and a Senior Associate in People M&A at WeWork. Caroline's HR journey began at Hogan Lovells as a Lateral Partner Recruitment Assistant, followed by a role as a Peer Advisor for International Academic Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additional early experience includes an internship in the Executive Office at The Jewish Federations of North America. Caroline holds degrees in Gender and Women's Studies and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by studies at the University of Cape Town.
