Victor Ibarra

Victor Ibarra has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at APC, a global leader in functional proteins, since November 2008. Victor has held various positions within APC, including Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisor. Prior to joining APC, Victor worked at BPI from June 2006 to March 2008 in a Quality Assurance role, ensuring all raw materials met specifications prior to acceptance. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of East London and has educational credentials from Kansas State University and Garden City Community College.
