Julien Lievre

Julien LIEVRE is a consultant coach at APC Management since April 2024, focusing on understanding human dynamics to create responsible value. As the founder, coach, and trainer at Pref'Coaching since January 2021, Julien offers professional coaching aimed at unlocking individual potential and conducting tailored seminars and team-building sessions. In addition, Julien serves as a consultant trainer at Pref2Perf, promoting a body-oriented approach to enhance team performance. Furthermore, Julien contributes as an instructor at IES Vendée, teaching management culture and lean management to Master's students. Previously, Julien held various roles at Groupe Beneteau from September 2003 to January 2021, including responsible for non-production purchasing and industrial buyer, managing substantial budgets and leading a team. Julien's educational background includes certifications in coaching from Coaching Ways France and training in talent acceleration from ActionTypes®, along with degrees in engineering from Icam and managerial studies from Audencia.
