Art Russell

Art Russell has a extensive work experience, starting in 1983 as an Articled Student at Deloitte Canada. Art later worked as a Staff Accountant and then as a Senior Manager at the same company. In 1991, they joined Northern Transportation Company Limited as a Controller and then became Vice President Finance. In 2000, they moved to NorTerra Inc. and held positions as Vice President Finance and later as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. From 2013 to 2015, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Bond Aviation Group (Avincis Group). Art then worked as Interim Chief Financial Officer at APC Technology Group PLC from 2015 to 2017. Art Russell joined VivoPower in 2017, where they first served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at APC Technology Group Ltd, starting in 2020.

Art Russell completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at the University of Alberta from 1980 to 1985. In 1987, they enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada to pursue their Chartered Accountant designation. Furthermore, in 2012, Art Russell pursued the ACA qualification from ICAEW, with no specified end year.
