Amy began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Merchants Metals in 1999, where they gained experience in marketing and sales coordination. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Sales/Marketing Assistant at Emerson, specializing in electric valve actuators.

In 2005, Amy joined Expo Chemical Co., Inc., where they worked as a Specialist in customer service and provided support to the sales team. During their time at Expo Chemical, they developed expertise in sourcing alternative supply streams and product development.
