Lynn Colley

Lynn Colley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner/Generalist at APCO Employees Credit Union since September 2021, and also actively contributes as a Board Member - VP of Certification for the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as VP, Senior Employee Relations Partner at BBVA Compass from 2018 to 2021, Human Resources Manager at Pace Runners, Inc. in 2017 to 2018, and Human Resources Executive at Boyd Bros Transportation, Inc. from 2002 to 2017. Lynn specializes in HR best practices, compliance and risk mitigation, coaching and consulting, recruiting and talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning and development, downsizing and restructuring, as well as benefits and compensation. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Management and Marketing from Troy University.
