Jeffrey Miller currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Amtrak Police National Communications Center, a position held since July 2023. In addition, Jeffrey has been the President of Talleyville Fire Company Inc since January 2017 and has served as the Past President of the Mid Eastern Chapter of APCO International since January 2012. As Assistant Chief and Quality Improvement Coordinator for New Castle County Emergency Communications since November 2004, Jeffrey has played a crucial role in maintaining the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch Accreditation Standard, achieving consistent accreditation for over 14 years. Jeffrey also serves as a Regional Fire Instructor for Priority Dispatch, educating Emergency Communications Centers on Emergency Fire Dispatch implementation. Since March 1982, Jeffrey has contributed to the Talleyville Fire Company as Vice President.
