Matthew Shenk Rpl, Enp

Matthew Shenk, RPL, ENP, serves as the Operations Manager for Technical Services at Lancaster County-wide Communications, a position held since June 1984. Matthew has also held roles as the 911 Radioroom Supervisor and 911 Supervisor for Radio Systems during this tenure. In addition to these responsibilities, Matthew is an Adjunct Instructor at APCO International, where instruction focuses on training 911 staff in responding to high-profile calls.
