Rhonda Braudis, CPE, RPL, serves as the 911 Communications Director at the Marshall County Communications Commission since July 2019, overseeing the efficient operation of the communications center with considerable autonomy. Additionally, Rhonda has been an adjunct instructor at Jacksonville State University and APCO International since 2012 and 2009, respectively, teaching courses in interpersonal communication, technical writing, and crisis negotiations. Previously, Rhonda worked at Independence Police Department as the Administrator of the 911 Communications Center and held the position of Communications Accreditation Manager at Fort Smith Police Department, focusing on CALEA Accreditation processes and training programs. Rhonda holds a Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Portland Community College, complemented by leadership training from Leadership Fort Smith in 2012.
