Dr. Jeanette Fielding

Dr. Jeanette Fielding, PhD, is the Founder and Group CEO of Confident Strategy Group and serves as Chair. In addition, Dr. Fielding is an Advisory Board Member at APCO Worldwide and holds the position of Chief Corporate Affairs and Communication Officer at Upfield, where Dr. Fielding is also an Executive Committee Member. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Global Public Affairs and Policy for Bayer's Consumer Health division and as Director of Petcare Communications and Issues Management at Mars Petcare. Dr. Fielding's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and completion of the Women on Boards: Building Exceptional Leaders program through Wharton Executive Education in May 2022.
