Evelina Hobson Phr

Evelina Hobson, PHR, MBA has a extensive work experience in the field of human resources and HRIS management. Evelina'smost recent role was at APCO Worldwide where they held the position of Sr. HRIS Manager and Sr. Associate Director since November 2017. Prior to that, Evelina worked at TechnoServe as an HRIS & Benefits Manager from May 2016 to October 2017. Before that, they were an HRIS Specialist at the American Psychological Association from December 2010 to April 2016, and a Human Resources Generalist at LCG Inc from March 2006 to December 2010. Evelina began their career as a Fellowship Coordinator at The Advocacy Project from 2004 to 2006.

Evelina Hobson, PHR, MBA has a diverse education history. Evelina first attended the University of Richmond from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations, with a focus on German and French languages. In 2001, Evelina also studied abroad at the University of Konstanz, specializing in German Language and Literature.

Continuing their education, Evelina pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Studies at Georgetown University from 2002 to 2004.

After working in the field, they decided to further enhance their knowledge in business administration and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Mason University - School of Business. This program lasted from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Evelina Hobson also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) obtained in June 2008 from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
