Nicole Wustmann

Nicole Wustmann has extensive work experience in HR roles. Nicole is currently working as a Senior HR Business Partner at APCO Worldwide, where they are responsible for leading European parts on various global HR projects and managing local HR junior staff. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at APCO Worldwide Deutschland from 2020 to 2022. Before joining APCO Worldwide, Nicole worked at Mynewsdesk as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2020. Nicole also had experience as an HR Specialist at Veolia from 2014 to 2015. Nicole took a gap year in South East Asia in 2013, during which they worked as a self-employed professional. Nicole started their career at STUDITEMPS GmbH as a Senior Recruiter and later became a Recruiting Intern from 2011 to 2013.

Nicole Wustmann began their education in 2005 at Bernd-Blindow-College Leipzig where they pursued a Dressmaking Assistant - state certified program. Nicole then went on to attend Hochschule Niederrhein from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile and Clothing Management. In 2010, they briefly studied International management, marketing and business English at Obuda University (Óbudai Egyetem). Finally, Nicole completed their education at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Development from 2014 to 2017.
