Lars Hovde

Lars Hovde has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Lars is currently the Managing Director at Apeloa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Consultant, specializing in consultancy projects related to chemicals, including pharma and battery materials. Lars also held various positions at BASF SE, including Director of Global Procurement Raw Materials and Head of Controlling Raw Materials Procurement. Lars was also the Division Manager of Fine Chemicals China at BASF (China) Company, where they were responsible for strategic and operational business leadership. Lars started their career at BASF as a Product Manager and participated in the International Trainee Program.
