Caroline Harrington

Caroline Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caroline most recently worked at Aperian Global as the Director of Product Management, where they led product development efforts, implemented agile practices, and created customer-facing documentation. Prior to that, they held various positions at Aperian Global, including GlobeSmart Product Manager. Additionally, Caroline worked at Jordan Shlain, MD as a Patient Services Coordinator/Executive Assistant, where they helped facilitate the expansion of a medical practice. Caroline also worked at San Francisco On Call Medical Group as a Patient Services Coordinator and at Globe Corner Bookstores as a Sales Associate.

Caroline Harrington attended San Jose State University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree, specializing in Library & Information Science. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Global Cultures at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
