Hans-Joachim Gruber has extensive experience in the catering and hospitality industry, having held various leadership roles since the early 1980s. KG and Geschäftsführer of apss GmbH since October 2015, Hans-Joachim has a deep background in healthcare catering from previous positions as Director BD Healthcare at Aramark and Regionalleiter at apetito catering GmbH. Earlier roles include Betriebsleiter at RS Catering GmbH and Küchenleiter at multiple establishments, including Gasthaus Thomashütte and the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center.
